I bought this mouse in early August, came home, plugged it in, I'm happy, but literally after 2 hours of use, the wheel began to behave inappropriately and live its own life. I did not like it and the next day I went to return it. what was my surprise when the serial number on the box and on the mouse was different. the administrator of the store was not surprised and it was stated that my mouse was used and I came to rent it under the guise of a new one. after two hours of swearing and calls in support and got his way I took the money and ordered this mouse in another store. upon receipt, I checked the serials - they differ, the question arises for Logitech, why make serials at all? Anyway, I came home, plugged it in, and now everything was fine, I used it all day and everything was fine, I set the backlight to turn off (I thought it would be better for a wireless mouse). the following problems emerged. the g hub mouse app is behaving completely erratically. mouse modes do not work, application presets are added for the sake of appearance, because they can carry loads, but only in the fantasies of developers because they simply do not work and constantly crash. further on the backlight - it just lives its own life in each application, it starts to glow differently, random modes begin in each profile, although it is worth setting the synchronization of all backlight modes and button bind setups. and most importantly, after turning off the computer, the backlight turns ON and starts to burn for half an hour, one asks why then the built-in battery and all this? technical support does not help and impudently blames its programmers, but this does not make it easier for me. I repeat the price of this mouse 6000-8000 thousand. To sum up, I do not recommend this mouse and recommend avoiding Logitech I still don’t understand how you can make a mouse without memory for so much money one disappointment
