This nose ring is very beautiful. The only problems I had was getting it and closing it. I ordered 6mm because I have a rather small nose. 6mm fits, but because it's so small it was a bit difficult to insert. After receiving it it was a nightmare to close. because it was so small I barely had enough room to grab my fingers on either end to close it. It took forever and it hurt a lot from pulling my nose for so long. By the end of the day, and when I finally closed it, my nose was wet and scabbed. However, the nose rings aren't to blame, it's more or less I just need a larger size and a little more room to close. after a few days my nose healed and i was able to admire the beauty of the nose ring. It is a beautiful rose gold that sometimes looks like yellow gold in certain lighting conditions. I am very allergic to metal and can only wear pure gold. I think that's the real deal because I haven't had any allergic reactions. Overall this is a good buy but I would recommend getting a size up.
