Review on 🌲 Explore with Style: Thomas Bates Black Travel Wallets for Hikers on the Go by Justin Stinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The cheap plastic buckle broke. Will not pass through a metal detector due to a metal zipper.

This was enough for my 30 day trip. Only takes about half the time. The buckle broke the day I got home. Doesn't hold a lot of money without being obvious. I could put hundreds of $1,000s in it. The zipper dangled and would unravel on its own with normal wear, so I decided to use tape over it to keep it closed and out of sight. You have to fold the bills to fit inside. Most bureaux de change only accept legible bills in mint condition with no creases, so its intended use as a backup cash holder was a disappointment. It worked, but my money turned out to be worthless in exchange for the local currency. I came home with all the folded money. Save your money and don't buy this item. Just use a regular old school money belt with a passport size pocket as you're going to need it anyway.
