This product is amazing but the description and size are a bit deceiving. I bought this set for my 2 lb puppy based on his measurements because the description states a size range but unless you use the smallest/narrowest size/setting in the range the velcro will be open and scratchy for your pet. If you do not use the smallest/smallest size/setting, the pet's neck strap will not fit properly (in the first photo). Although I measured my pup when he fell in the small size range, I have to return him and give him a medium size as the harnesses have to be the smallest/tightest size/setting to fit properly. and without velcro. I added photos of the seat belts on him but they were too tight for him to wear except for taking pictures.
