Rich Brow Serum was just what I needed. My brows are sparse and even the best brow pencil can't do it anymore. The brush looks just like the one you would use for mascara. I use the brush quickly so the air doesn't change the consistency of the serum. The serum is applied after facial cleansing and must dry before applying make-up. What I can report is that I had no irritation or bad smell……. There is no quick fix as I have to be patient and wait at least 3-4 weeks for results. The price is right and I have used other Korean products and have been very impressed. I will update at the end of the month.
