My OEM compressor broke and I needed a new one. I contacted the OEM (Denso) for a replacement. The cost was below the market average for some reason, probably due to an oversupply of goods. Anyway, it's easy enough to install. I followed all the instructions, checked the oil level in the compressor before installation, it was ok, replaced the o-rings, put a small amount of oil in the accumulator/drier which I replaced at the same time and that's it. It passed the vacuum test. simply good. and 4 cans of r134 later I have Ice Air. Never any problems. If I need a different compressor, and I pray this doesn't happen, I will buy the same one again.
