I have been using Oral B electric toothbrushes for many years. In my opinion they clean their teeth best. The round brush head and the oscillating rotation clean the teeth perfectly. This model is no different, it cleans perfectly. This model has many settings, but I only use the highest setting. I only have two problems with Oral B toothbrushes. One for this model only. The speed switch is located under the on/off switch. It's okay, but I keep accidentally hitting the speed switch while using the brush. It's just a very mild annoyance. My other issue is with all Oral B brushes, including this one. The blocks have a metal stick with a real brush attached to it. Since using these devices I have noticed that a small amount of water can seep down the duct and into the area of the device. Nothing ever hurt, but I don't like it. I have to turn my device upside down and run to remove this water. This can take about 20 seconds. I don't understand why it can't be designed in such a way that no water can get into the device. Aside from the water issue causing moderate irritation, I really like the Oral B electric toothbrushes.
