Review on 💧 Malibu C Hard Water Hair Remedy by Mary Medema

Lightened my hair to a coppery chestnut grey! I have very hard water - lots of red minerals build up in sinks and toilets. I thought it would be nice to remove this buildup from my hair. NOT RIGHT! I've read the packaging carefully to make sure it's safe for colored hair. It should be. Before using this product my hair was a beautiful metallic silver with dark blue roots. I washed my hair, rinsed thoroughly and then applied Malibu C Hard Water as directed. As soon as I finished "rubbing" it into my hair, I noticed my hair turning yellow. It wasn't even in my hair for 2 minutes. I immediately washed off and continued washing, and then with the usual balm according to the instructions. When it was completely dry, the real horror was visible! This substance (which was supposed to remove the copper) made my hair look copper colored with a yellowish auburn at the roots and with yellowish gray mids/ends. I need to fix this horrible color mess. That will also cost me a lot. Many thanks to the Malibu C company! Your product ruined my beautiful color! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
