Review on Aztech Compatible Cartridge Replacement CF280A by Lakshmi Pennington

These cartridges are defective and unusable. On December 13, 2019 I bought a pack of 4 replacement HP 80A Aztech compatible toner cartridges which were delivered a few days later. They were for my office printer to have on hand when the current cartridge runs out. Last week, March 18, 2020, I opened the box and installed one of the toner cartridges. All pages came out completely black. I took out the cartridge and tried the second of 4 packs. Here, too, all pages are printed completely in black. I did not open the remaining two toner cartridges as I assumed they were the same. So I went to Office Max and bought their own brand of toner cartridge, installed it and it worked perfectly. With Revain's 30-day return policy, it looks like I lost $52.91. How can I return these cartridges and get my money back or a replacement?
