Disappointed: my rating

My daughter weighs 40 pounds / 44 inches. It fits the small Capezio size chart. When these tights arrived they were very tight around her stomach. After 30 minutes the pantyhose on the inside of my 4 year old daughter's right thigh began to tear. "I'm so disappointed with the price and the brand. The size is too small even for my own chart suggestions. My daughter hasn't scratched her leg in this short time.
