Pretty but not recommended for painting

I bought these to make stencils on my son's bedroom wall. I've practiced the envelope three times before (and thank god I did). The stencils are amazing but I gave them four stars because they bleed through the edges. I can't even use them as planned. Maybe they could make them a little stickier in the future?
