They look very nice and work great for me. I noticed that you need to pay attention to the size of the buttons on the shirt. If you have more modern keys (e.g. thicker, square, etc.) they may not work for you. I have several shirts with somewhat complicated buttons and they were a bit difficult to put on and take off. Overall they work well and look very neat.
