Review on Gensoft Logistics ERP by Frankie Wesley

Gensoft has a very user friendly interface and is very easy to use even for people who are not very familiar with ERP systems. The software has a very good workflow module that makes my job easier. Also the product is very good at integrating with other third party applications. I have not encountered any problems with Gensoft Logistics ERP so far. The only thing I dislike is the price, it is a bit high and there are some features that I would like to have but I cannot afford it. The best thing about Gensoft is the great support provided by their customer service. I recommend this product because of the great support offered. Gensoft helps me to run my business smoothly. It's very easy to use for both business users and technical personnel. The customer support has been outstanding at every stage. There are so many things you can do with it - from inventory management, shipping/receiving, accounting etc. I honestly recommend this software if your looking for a robust logistics solution without any major hiccups in performance or compatibility issues. With the right training & mentorship, our warehouse manager was able to learn the platform quickly.
