I really expected more when I bought them, I bought them the moment they fell and I was very excited. They arrived on time and as expected nothing was damaged. Opening the box was the usual Samsung: experience, cleanliness and simplicity; 5 stars at this point. The problem arose when I put on my headphones and started listening. The first "issue" I noticed was the sound quality, while there was nothing wrong with that, I expected it to sound much richer and fuller compared to my Buds+, when in fact it sounded almost exactly the same. Problem #2 was that when I noticed how awful the fit in my ear was, I switched out the ear tips hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't. The headphones felt uncomfortable and dangled in my ears (maybe that's an issue for me specifically, but who knows). I also expected a lot more from the active noise cancellation, which isn't too bad when listening to music, but when you have no sound from your device there's almost no difference with ANC on or off. The biggest improvement/plus in them is the surround sound. It sounds a lot more natural and sounds a lot better, it integrates really well with the voice recognition feature where it automatically turns on when it detects you're speaking. Overall I'm disappointed but still hopeful for future crashes.
