There are various features that i like such as, easy of use with no technical training required; flexible tool which can be customised per client requirement/s & also provides online reporting portal using Microsoft Excel or Word format reports etc., data extraction from PDF documents has been made simpler in this product compared other products out there - however would recommend providing more templates / samples so end user does not have any doubts at beginning stage regarding usability while going live. Easy implementation process without much hassle involved during go lienaise phase (as it was very smooth).
