I have used this several times over the course of several months and it has worked amazing! The heater works as advertised and I found the ideal temp to be around 190 (after setting it to the maximum to melt). The set comes with a hard wax for coarse hair. Don't be surprised if it doesn't work on certain parts of the body, because everyone is different. Sometimes a soft wax is needed for fine hair. I would recommend for beginners to have a professional wax done before attempting it at home. Everyone knows that hurting yourself hurts more than hiring someone, so people leaving negative feedback about pain are superfluous. If my heater ever breaks I will order it again because it's a great product at a great price.
