I really liked this set! From the start the beads had an amazing smell! Super easy to use. I will definitely order more wax. It's easy to clean. I give it a 9/10 just because it takes time to heat up and melt the beads, but it's no big deal, I just set it up, do something else for 15-20 minutes and be back. to. I think I need more practice. It hurt more than I expected, but I've never done it myself. It may work better if you buy strips and remove the wax once it has set.

Great product. The wax heated up quickly and I was able to use it within 5-7 minutes. It was too hot at first, but I was able to lower the temperature to a more acceptable level. The only downside is that the metal wax insert doesn't stay in place. It rotates around the base as you try to remove the wax.

I love this wax. It's so easy to use and not confusing at all. I buy hard wax all the time and they make a mess all the time, if it comes off it's still dirty. This easily detaches from any surface and can be easily and completely removed. Also, it really grabs the hair and you don't have to gulp it down to do it. I highly recommend. Overall this is an amazing heater. My only "er" is that it can get EXTREMELY hot, and the way the dial is set up, what it calls medium heat, I'd think is hotter than anyone should go. Luckily I knew about it beforehand, but some may not know.

I am 63 years old and a retired beautician. I got it because I was told it was cleaner, easier to use and worked just as well as regular honey wax. The idea was to have less mess and still cause less stretching of the skin, but you'll have to reapply this wax many times to get the results you want. I'm going back to honey wax.

Warmer is ok for the price but feels a bit cheap. But it heats up normally, so I'll leave it. However, the wax that comes with it is useless. It's as viscous as hard plastic and doesn't remove hair effectively. I consider myself warmer but will use the same professional wax I'm used to.

Wax packs should definitely be in the face and bikini pack somewhere because I used face wax on my bikini lol. I'm glad he didn't say "painless" because for some reason it's not as painful as using the strips, but it definitely stings. You need to figure out how much wax to apply as too much will not cool quickly and too little will cool too quickly. Overall I think this is a good starter kit for beginners.

I liked that the wax is easy to set and works at the right temperature. I didn't like that it didn't stay warm. It shut down when it reached temperature, then immediately solidified again and I had to wait for it to heat up again. I didn't like how when you scraped off the excess on the metal bar it all just stuck together there. I don't know how to use it. However, they gave away a bag of wax beads for free and tried to solve my problems.
