Works great for shaving and hair removal

Great product. The wax heated up quickly and I was able to use it within 5-7 minutes. It was too hot at first, but I was able to lower the temperature to a more acceptable level. The only downside is that the metal wax insert doesn't stay in place. It rotates around the base as you try to remove the wax.
