Heavy Duty 1 Gauge 1500 AMP Booster Jumper Cables With Quick Connect Plugs & Travel Bag For Truck, SUV, Car - 30 FT Review

I needed these cables for a portable winch application. The cables looked great with t he exception of some missing heat shrink around one of the connectors. I contacted the seller requesting some heat shrink tube and they sent me an entire new cable set. The new cable had the same missing insulation so I am assuming that's just how they are made. I was able to disassemble to connector and simply apply some heat shrink tubing. I then installed the cables on my truck and it works perfectly.

The jumper cable set is great. The only issue I see is the weatherproof caps are lose. I have used quick disconnects from SMH and Anderson for 25+ years. The plugs are ok, it is only the cover that is not good quality. I will have to buy the caps from another company. Or purchase new plugs and caps,and swap them out. Time will tell.12/27/18 I had sent a message to the seller.They quickly responded,to my issue.They have sent me a new set of plugs and boots,that are perfect.A+++.

Been a great addition to my pickup super easy to install and a great set up if you set up in bed to use fro a winch or what ever Thanks for attention.

third set I've owned. we have lots of vehicles. good long reach and easy to mount the permanent pig tail. I've only had to replace one quick disconnect but that was my fault. these are pretty well built.

Red and black are separate cables. Quick connectors are awesome. I used it to power hi-capacity recharging system for truck camper batteries. Nice big long separate wires, already terminated with quick disconnect plugs. Perfect.

Worth every penny, high quality, and made to stand the test of time.I will definitely buy another set for my other truck.

My first thought was "BEEFY!”I bought these to add to my portable winch with the understanding it came with 2 Anderson style adaptors. It only came with 1 set, so it can’t be swapped among multiple things as is. I will have to buy another vehicle side adaptor.

Definitely worth it. Strong clamps, durable cables, connector functions. Only down side is black and red are 30’ separate cables. They are not joined together like traditional jumper cables. Purchased a 30’ 1” loom and some electrical tape to make them more stable and easier to handle than keep untangling each wire.

I liked them right up to the point where I figured out that there wasn't another set of clamps on the other side ! I tried to buy the 1500 amp clamps separate but they're not available from the manufacturer ! Whoever heard of jumper cables with clamps only on one side ?

Product as advertised as 1500 amp, but then the specifications say only 800.Description also says copper wire, but then the specifications say copper clad aluminum.This product is equivalent to a 3 gauge pure copper wire. You are better off buying a 2 gauge pure copper wire.

I installed these cables into my 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD, when I put in a new battery. I have since used it several times for jump starting semis and other vehicles. It is so easy to just grab the cables out of the back and hook them up and go. I wish I had done this years ago.

i am using these to winch my race car onto trailer. I grew tired of killing independent trailer batteries, and always charging them. So with these i connect the anderson plug whip to my truck and run the cables back to the winch. takes maybe a minute when loading / unloading.Quality is definitely acceptable / good, especially to the money. The pos / neg cables are not bonded together. So, i like others, zip tied them together every 8 inches or so.as a bonus I can use them for other things, jump

Bought this for install on my F250. Love not popping the hood to jump a car. Long cables. Good quality. The rubber weather cover could be better.

They work, plain and simple. I haven’t hooked up to something that they wouldn’t start yet, and idk if I ever will. My only complaint is the bag, it could be bigger so the cables fit in then easier, and better quality, the bag has already started to fray around the zipper edges. And the weather caps could fit slightly tighter. But, overall I’m very happy with the cables.

Heavier than expected, however over time that’s not bad. Handles the tough work jumping construction equipment. That's my review!

intalled in minutes, very heavy duty cables, the quick connect is great, it is long too, the clamps are strong! two handers! dont see how they have surge protecion? any way they are a great buy, they weigh a lot, that is good

I needed these for a 20' trailer install. I altered them as in needed plug in adapters on one end. Good quality product! Spend the money, they are worth every penny.

Used to wire my winch on my jeep seem to be good quality and strong clamps may use them for something else Thanks for attention.

I used this on my dump trailer. It bolts directly to the dump trailer motor/pump. It bypasses putting yet another full time battery on the trailer. Just pop the hood, click onto your truck battery, connect the quick connect plug to the trailer and never a dead battery again. Yep I like it.

Excellent heavy stranded copper jumpers. Easy installation with just enough cable for under the hood of a 2020 Chevrolet 2500/3500.
