I have these connected to every thing that has a 12 volt automotive battery. They work fine with the three different trickle chargers I have.

These really nice 2 wire 12 volt plugs are of real nice quality. Just what I needed to do some projects around the farm with too easily hook up and unhook tank sprayers and battery minders for my equipment.

5 pack - came on time - They are short - but that's what I wanted. Look at the item description carefully. Also as others have stated - the fuse is close to the positive terminal (about an inch) where you attach it to the battery. Look where you want to install it first and see if there is room to install and secure the fuse. Think about once you put a fender or cover on. I installed it on a Yamaha WR250r. If you have an atv, boat - anything with a battery that you want to keep in peak condition - these are great. No more removing panels to get to a battery to attach alligator clips - now these are long enough to put on and snake out to to make it easy to connect your battery minder.

Added this to my new Honda UTV to keep a battery tender on. The lead is long enough to route to a good plug in area and works as it should. Not extreme heavy duty but functional/

I placed this battery pigtail on my Dually tk that isn't driving every day. An make it easier to plug a Maintenance charger on without opening the hood each time. Also I found the reg clamps after time get eating by the acid.My motorcycle came with them on an after 5yrs are still in good working order so will see if these hold up as well.

1 of 2 identical cables in the package was manufactured wrong. The defective cable cannot be connected to a charging cord due to the female half of the connector having a metal protrusion in the bore that prevents a male connector to mate with it. The other cable in the package was OK. BEWARE!

These are a great addition to ATVs and dirt bikes that need to trickle-charge over the winter. They are fairly long, which is fine. Just use some zip ties to gather the excess length somewhere under the seat or bodywork and you’ll be all set.

What I like about them is the two pins are arranged so the positive wire has the internal pin. this helps ensure that the pin can’t short against the frame when the cover is removed. I have seen these set up the other way which doesn’t make sense to me. Use them to remote the battery charger connection for ATVs, cars and lawnmower.

I bought the extension cable/adapter to make it easy to keep the battery on my infrequently-driven 4x4 charged. I attached the cable to the battery terminals and fed the quick disconnect plug through the front grille, where it's super convenient to access without opening the hood.
