I then got these in the mail and as soon as I opened them up and put them together (it took about 5 seconds, very easy) I knew they were going to work! Let me tell you they are amazing! I ordered a large size because I wanted something that was fairly close to the top of my bed so the dogs wouldn't get scared. Both dogs fell in love with her immediately. The eldest hesitated a little, but that was to be expected of her. But after one try she managed without any problems. If he can use this ladder, any dog that's a little anxious and restless should have no problem. They work great. The foam is nice and firm but soft enough to hold them comfortably. Absolutely happy I bought them.
