My son wanted to be a ninja Kirby for Halloween so I tried to find a purple flapper hat... Hat is frankly awesome. It is very warm and he likes to wear it around the house. And if you want to add a headband, you can make an adorable ninja. In the photo, the child is 4 years old and wears a medium size. Anything less would be too small, but I was eventually able to put the hat on my head, so they must have some stretch. If you are looking for a decent hat for a child, this one is for you.
