I bought this bag thinking it was a reliable product. I've been wearing this bag for about 3-4 weeks. Tonight, when I got out of the truck, I grabbed my bag, slung my seat belt over my shoulder, and left. Suddenly the strap broke and the bag landed on the concrete. I immediately heard my laptop in my bag hit the floor. I knew right away that the laptop was damaged just from the sound of the bag hitting the concrete. I opened my bag and took out my laptop and there was a crack in the corner and now my screen has discoloration in the area around the crack. I looked at the bag to determine what had happened and noticed that the strap clip that attaches to the hook was completely broken as you can see in the photo.
