Exactly as advertised, easy to swap out and my Optiplex 390 runs. A few notes: The motherboard power cables are long enough to be routed and secured using Dell genuine mounting clips. This is great as some of the reviews said they were short. Of course, this does not apply to the power supply unit that I received. The case itself looks better than the original. The original is bare aluminum with slotted joints, while the replacement appears to be plated and the construction is sturdier. Nothing more to say. It works and is a cheaper OEM alternative. I will update this review if anything comes up in daily use.
