Review on Silent Floor Mat & Wireless πŸ”• Pager: Minimize Disruptive Alarm Sounds in Patient's Room! by Debra Riley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

All in all a very very good wireless alarm clock mat

The mat is very large which is a bonus and thick enough to be strong and not get in the way. It's also not slippery at all, which was a small issue we had with another mat from a different manufacturer. The best part is that the pager is portable and even works well at the other end of a very large house. It has different settings and three volume levels, and another great thing is that the alarm base can be muted so the person it's being used for doesn't have to hear it. Unlike the other reviewers, I have no problem with it being battery powered. And while I agree it would be nice if the cord was a bit longer, it's just long enough for it to work. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star rating is that the plug that plugs into the alarm box from the mat, which is like plugging a landline phone into a phone jack, isn't very strong and the wires are a little loose and we have to try to straighten them from time to time to get the signal working again. If it were improved I would give it a 10 if possible. Still worth the money, much better than similar products which have a much smaller mat and a single alarm attached to a cord 6ft from the elderly person. We use this for my 91 year old father and he doesn't even know what it is since we disabled the alarm in his room. We have peace of mind and he has peace and quiet!
