So I saw these shock therapy machines being advertised all over social media and I thought it was just another fad... But then when I went to my chiropractor even he had these massage guns, and he recommended them to me since i train 5-6 days a week. I've been foam skating for years and using these roller sticks but gosh, foam skating hurts SO MUCH and you can't roll your upper back, shoulders or traps... my knots after a day of pushing/pulling . Anyway, I chose this Necotar because it doesn't cost $600 like Thera Gun and I noticed that its design makes it easier to access those points on the back and shoulders so I don't need someone to do that does this for me all the time. After using it ONCE for 5 minutes, I was amazed. It's nice and definitely not as painful as foam rolling. I think that's because this model has a shorter, faster stroke, allowing it to target knots I've had for years and knead them without excruciating pain. I use this bad boy BEFORE and AFTER I lift every workout, it becomes a staple in my gym bag and the best part is that it lasts around 7-8 uses before I have to top it up again. Now I'm a believer, I'll tell all my fighters to get this thing.
