Buy these new bunk beds for our daughters. We use them on 6 inch memory foam mattresses. I didn't read the description carefully and overlooked that the pockets on the sheets are deep so the elasticated sheets are VERY big. I was able to tuck in the tight sheets just enough to get a reasonably snug fit, but I'll need something else at some point. In terms of comfort and quality, they are very soft (like silky soft) and light to the touch. They have a softer feel compared to some of our 100% organic cotton sheets. We also have higher thread count cotton sheets that feel thicker than this set, but the cotton sheets are also warmer. This set is perfect for hot summer weather as it is soft, lightweight and breathable. This is microfiber, not Egyptian cotton. The description is a bit misleading and says something along the lines of "soft as Egyptian cotton". So if you're not careful, you might mistakenly think it's Egyptian cotton. Compared to some other microfiber towels we have, these are of better quality (softness and thickness/thread count). The pink color is the same as the picture: pink. Very bright and beautiful! The sheets did not fade after washing; However, I only washed them once. They dried quickly thanks to the microfiber and did not smooth out. There were stains on the pillowcases but I'm pretty sure it was fabric softener sheets as that usually happens when fabric softener (liquid or sheets) is used on microfiber. Overall they seem like a decent set for the price. IF you want microfiber and a thicker twin mattress.
