Review on XENTEC 55W Standard Size Ballast Bundle with 2 Xenon Bulb 9006 6000K (HB4, Ultra White) - Offroad Lighting Solution by Bashar Shaffer

Purchased October 26, installed November 27, November 3, car started, HID on, and not a few miles away one stopped working . Not sure why, checked the HID bulb and has a white mark like it's blown/turned off. I changed the light bulbs in places (it worked on the driver's side), plugged the right one into the power supply, but it doesn't light up. The ballast seems bad including the bulb as the bulb will not work on a good ballast. I put everything back in place, the driver's side works but the passenger side doesn't. I called Xentec, left a message, they got back to me in a few hours and asked a few questions. They seemed fine with the replacement. They send me a new ballast and bulb. Gave 3 stars because it shouldn't go bad anytime soon. It was strange but their help with the exchange was nice. I will give it 4 stars once I have the new ballast and bulb and am sure it will work well.
