I received it in a brown thick envelope with a flap that needs to be opened. I pulled the tab, a small plastic bag fell out and the device fell to the ground. I stood outside at my mailbox and picked it up out of the dirt. No problem. I plugged it in and it didn't work. I went to U Tube to check it out and was disappointed. The next day I see a small 1" x 2" plastic bag in the mailbox with something inside. It had 2 short cables. One for sound and one for power. When I look at the device I see a small slot, like a mini plug for your phone, I plugged it in and plugged the other end into the USB port for power. How about if it worked. If he had had instructions, I could have saved myself a lot of pain and time.
