Nice but disappointed.

Love the colors, I use them for graduation photos for clients. Since we will be outside, I wanted to get eco-friendly confetti. Once I get the confetti I put some in a glass of water and let it sit. It's been 3 days and the ink has rubbed off, HOWEVER the paper is still intact in a glass of water, I don't think it's biodegradable which really sucks.
