UPDATE: Photo Frame restarts about every 5 minutes. I reset the photo frame and it resets when files are copied to internal storage. This device is useless. DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME! Internal storage is listed as 16GB, but you can only use 10GB for your photos. The system software occupies a third of the storage space. I also had a problem recognizing the SD card or MicroSD card. In fact, I had to factory reset the device for it to recognize the SD card at all. Even then it didn't recognize all the files. It doesn't seem to recognize my video files. I will not buy again and there are better frames with more features. What if you want to use the app to send photos? You can send 10 photos at a time. It will take forever if you want to have thousands of photos on your device. It would be nice if it had more cloud features. Luckily, there are other digital photo frames as well. Buy those.
