Before I spend a lot of money, I wanted to see if the cheaper version would work. And it did! I've been wearing this necklace non-stop since I received it about two weeks ago. I love that it goes with everything and is the perfect length so it looks great with all necklines. It's not too small to be invisible, but not too big to catch the eye. I received the unengraved necklace based on other reviews where the engraving was reversed due to the hinge holes being centered. The chain is elegant and has not lost its color. I have a solid 14k gold engagement ring and this necklace is a slightly cool shade of gray compared to my ring. However, they would never have noticed if they hadn't stood by and looked for it. I'd say "would buy again" but I don't need to; this one will last a long time. I might give it away because it's awesome.
