Overall, super deflated with this purchase. I bought two for a hiking trip. Luckily, we tried them out prior to trip and found out the first night we tried them that one of them would not hold air. Attempted again with same result. Decided to take the one "good one” on hiking trip and pillow would not hold air either of the two nights I used it. Very sad and disappointed since the previous reviews I had read were great. The "body” section of the one "good one” was decently comfortable and I did love that it was lightweight and easy to inflate. States a "90 day return policy” but amazon shows a 30 day return policy and states "available time” to return. UPDATED: company rep stated they would send me two new ones And I did not need to return the broken ones. I was very surprised and impressed! He let me know about a patch repair kit that is supposed to be shipped with each one and had also let me know when the new ones had been shipped out. I was unable to find a repair kit but I might have accidentally thrown it away, not realizing what it was. Either way, the company did send two new ones so I’m happy to try them again and hope the first two were flukes. Thank you ZOOBELIVES (and rep!) for replacing them, good communication from rep, and being so Polite and professional. I would buy from this company again for sure!
