Definitely a quality NATO strap. At first I was wondering how it would work without that other flap and buckle at the bottom, but it works fine. My only complaint was where the holes were drilled to keep the holes as solid as the marathon made them, they kind of sealed the bottom to keep it from wearing out - which is good. The bad news is that the sealant used scratched my wrist and caused some irritation. There is no problem that fine sandpaper cannot solve. A little rubbing, washing off the debris and go!
