I was looking for a suitable headband for my Samsung 4s for training and tried several of them without success. This is the first that really fits my phone with a case that was also comfortable and easy to put on. Most of them slipped when I was walking on the treadmill but not this one. It's made of neoprene so it's stretchy, but not enough to get a firm grip and keep the phone in place while you keep exercising. Finish your workout without finding a place to put your locker key. And the clear protective case allows you to keep using your phone to check your Facebook status update (which I have to do every 5 minutes lol) or to check other fitness apps you might be using. I would also like to add that I have fairly large hands as does my husband and it still fits us with no issues and is easy to put on and take off. I am a mother of 3 young children and can find many uses for it besides training. Going to the zoo, playground or any other place where I might not have my purse but need a place for my phone while keeping 3 kids in place.
