The smell of these products (shampoo, conditioner) is terrible. Smells like moldy grass. He stinks! Read the label, there is a minimum of natural ingredients. As for the softness and manageability of your hair after use, it is no better than using other herbal hair products that smell much better. The copper is still there (grey hair) and my hair stinks! I would recommend finding other products with better smell and brass removal and leaving them covered so no odor escapes. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Two stars for fast shipping, not product.
