Great camera mount, very versatile and very durable. Doesn't slip out of your hand like the wooden grip and handle. I've tried installing A6000 and Nex5n and both work great. I love the height adjustment, which is a fairly smooth height adjustment, and the extra-long rods they offer can fit a full-frame camera nicely in them. The top hot shoe mounting plate secures the camera to the rig with a 1/4 screw on the bottom. The whole kit with my 25mm 1.7f lens weighs 1300g. The camera itself with the lens weighs 520g, so the kit itself weighs around 800g (1.6lbs). and bottom plate
