I ordered this for my daughter. She wore them to riding lessons and never got to the shoes when she noticed that the inseam was already tearing and punctured. I requested a refund pending refund (as Revain always does) and ordered a replacement pair hoping the originals were an isolated issue. Instead of a refund, the seller sent me a replacement and I received the replacement I ordered myself. My daughter loves this color so I've decided to keep both spare pairs. Well, when exchanging a pair, the exact same problem arises. I realize this is not an isolated problem; The item itself is obviously defective. I wrote to the seller who informed me that I would not be able to get a refund for the shipping costs I paid for the return. Instead I had to contact them directly to make a return request. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that why we should be using Revane's return authorization system? I spend literally thousands of dollars on Revain and they always treat me well. Whatever beds this seller is trying to give people, it's pathetic. If you request a return and mark it as DEFECTIVE, which is obvious, you must obtain a prepaid return authorization. The product is $17.95 and it cost me a little over $10 to return it. I will raise this matter directly with Revane. Too bad because this color is not as common as I had hoped. I think for $17.95 you get what you pay for.
