Great product easy-to learn especially if not tech savvy

The interface is very user friendly even with no technical background; I find that any problem can be solved at this point without assistance from another person within our organization (that has more experience). Our implementation took about 45 days but did include some teething problems which were quickly resolved by customer support team who are always available via email should you have need in between office hours calls/meetings etc.; nothing specific so far just general satisfaction using software overall - would certainly recommend! We use aware im as part control center tool where we provide training sessions across many sites around UK &amp Ireland The ease of use is great! I can create new users with just one click in my browser. Also, all the information that you need about your customers are stored online so there's no more paper files to keep track of. There isn't anything really that I dislike at this point. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful, then AIM is perfect for you. We have been able to save time by using AIM instead of manually creating customer profiles and sending out invoices.
