Review on πŸ‘“ Enhance Your Visual Comfort with Blue Light Blocking Glasses - Combat Eye Strain and Headaches by Homer Reed

Had the opposite effect

Like most people in the world I sat in front of the computer for hours after the COVID hit so I wanted to look through blue sun goggles. They were actually recommended by a blogger I follow, so I decided to give it a try. This was a mistake for three main reasons. First, there were no instructions on what to do with the test strip and lamp, so I had to go online and google for proper use. What I've read online says that if the glasses are working properly, the test will show a blue color on the test strip. They emit purple, which presumably means they're not doing anything to block blue light. I've also read that the shade of blue should be changed or absent on a computer screen. I see absolutely no difference when I wear glasses. Second, these glasses are HUGE on my face and I felt weird wearing them during virtual meetings (which is a big part of my day) because they look so weird on me. Third, and most importantly, the glasses, instead of relieving them, caused headaches and made it difficult to concentrate. I can best describe it when you put on glasses that are too strong and almost have the feeling of blinking. I've tried putting these glasses on several times to give them another chance, but I couldn't wear them for more than 5 minutes due to the strain on my eyes. It's not worth it.
