Skin issues are very specific so what works for one person may not work for another. Still, it's a great start for me. I've always had a dry, itchy scalp, but lately the itching has become unbearable. This shampoo has made a huge difference since the first use. I will also be taking some local medication to keep the situation under control but I am hoping to reach a stable state where that is all I need for long periods of time. The odor is mild when in use and imperceptible after wiping with a towel. Foams well. Leave it on your scalp for a few minutes. Please note that during this period it travels quite well from the scalp along the wet face to the eyes, which is uncomfortable.
