Well done but not for 3-4 month old kittens.
It's cute! I'm afraid it might be some sort of plastic product but it's actually very soft and comfortable and can be made into a great medical collar to prevent the kitten from scratching and fiddling with stitches/wounds post-surgery. Our kitten will be neutered in about a month. one and a half, so we got it for her. We put it on her, as soon as we did she walked away and threw it off. She is still too small for that, but hopefully she will grow up in the next 2 months so that it stays with her. It has a pull tab that you can tighten with a button to release. She just isn't close enough.
