I like that it's easy for me to see what my competitors are doing with their social media accounts. It also makes it easier for me to keep up with them! The only thing is that you can't post from your account if someone else has already posted while you're trying to do so (like if they've been tagged in an image). Also, sometimes it doesn't show all posts by people when you search for specific hashtags or keywords. You have to click "show more" at times. This helps us stay updated about our competition, but we don't use it as much as we would like to because there isn't any way to reply back to comments unless they comment directly under one of our pictures. We use this app mainly to find new clients.
