My pump didn't get wet.

I put my insulin pump in it while rafting and it stayed dry. I didn't submerge it in water but it was wet all day. I plan to use it for all my water activities.

Pros

TC" clip makes it waterproof according to IPX6 standard (protected against strong water jets).
