Rubber ear pads keep falling off. The whole time. Sometimes they even stay in your ear when you take out your headphones. To update. If I mean, pieces of rubber fall off all the time. I mean all the time. Put the earbuds in your pocket, take them out and the little rubber pieces are either in your pocket or lying on the floor.
