This thing comes from Microsoft. I thought it was great but it has a safe mode where you can only install your apps and if you disconnect when protected you can never go back. They try to charge you for free Google Docs or you can pay 6.99 per month per word or more for an office. There are many free programs that are not malicious. They force users to do their own shit. Going back and getting a Crombuk was enough for me.
