Another point is that, it provides a social media platform links which gives users the to get in touch with company's customer support and also the platform also made provision for an email address contact where complaints can be sent.

But I think there is a negative side too. An example is the refund policy, there is a section in the platform's policy that clearly states that there is no refund on orders. I think this policy can be reviewed and provide users with a better policy.
