Let's start with the good - very heavy, durable glass. The packaging is awesome. I can't imagine any damage that could happen to genuine items during shipping. Now for the "Are you kidding me" part of my review? Each item arrived covered in some gossamer that gave off a strong smell of vinegar. The glass was cloudy, with a lot of dust and dirt stuck to it. The bottom of the carafe appears to have some small cracks, although I don't think this will affect usability. Finally, I mention this because they market it as "Father's Day Gift" and "Gift for Him". the box is incredibly HOT PINK. Ha ha ha how I fixed the mess - hot soap and water with a soft cloth and baby bottle cleaner for the carafe. Dry on the grid.
