I have a Stanley Fat Max spotlight (2200 lumens) and this Buysight spotlight (6000 lumens). The Stanley Fat Max is much brighter and has a much longer range. I don't know where the 6000 lumens come from. Personally, I don't appreciate companies that over-promote their products. The Buysight seems cheaper but has an aluminum body, while the Fatmax (although it seems heavier) is made entirely of plastic. It seems that Buysight takes more damage when falling. Buysight has more features like a side projector light, which is actually very handy for walking or camping on the table. It also has a tripod mount option, while the Fat Max only has a foldable stand. Buysight also allows you to charge other USB devices with it. If full brightness and overall light output are your primary goal, then the Stanley FatMax spotlight is for you. If you're happy with decent brightness and range but want more options, buy Buysight. Brightness is around 3 stars and performance around 4 stars.
