Review on 🌲 Pine Scent Beard Balm: GRAVE BEFORE SHAVE for Lush Facial Hair (2 oz.) by Amy Howard

First of all: I get two stars instead of 1 because I have been using GBS for almost two years and have never had a problem with any product. Unfortunately, today was a day of disappointment. I received the pine scented balm tonight because I liked the oil. The smell of the oil is great and surprisingly not overpowering. However, the balm does not have a nice needle smell. This is similar to other oiled shop rag reviewers. But the real problem I have this time is the consistency of the balm. The lid was loose when I took it out of the box and there was condensation on the surface of the balm. This in turn resulted in small "balm beads". These balls do not dissolve easily or completely when you try to rub the balm between your hands, which can cause them to pop up in your beard and cause you to rub your hands hard into your beard and face. The bottom line is this balm should be as good as any I've tried, but for some reason (lack of quality control?) it fails in the most important way. I'm not losing a customer, but I'm frustrated as hell. Sincerely, AB
